Due to the next to skin nature of our products, we have decided that we will not be taking any returns because we will not re-sell any items to protect the health and wellness of our customers. We are happy to help you with sizing pre-purchase. 
We hope you love what you ordered from NAYALI. But in case you don't—perhaps it's a little too big, or the style just isn't you—no sweat! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return Policy for guidelines on how to make a return. All returns must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition and packaging, with receipt and tags attached. We'll send you a new size, color, or style, or issue you a quick refund.

To start a return or exchange:
Please send an email to accounts@nayali.la or give us a call (310) 363-7836 and we will process your return or exchange as soon as we receive and inspect your eligible items. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Swimwear should be tried on over underwear for sanitary reasons.
  • You have up to 14 business days from the date you received your order to return items purchased online from nayali.la.
  • All merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with the original hangtags attached and in the original packaging.
  • All garments are subject to inspection.
  • Returns are free.
  • If you purchased your items at an event benefiting a charitable organization, we can exchange for you within 14 days of the event, and we will refund the item less the dollar amount we donated to the organization.
  • Items purchased at Trunk Shows, Pop-Ups, or Samples Sales, or Online Flash Sales are FINAL SALE.


International customers are responsible for return shipping and shipping fees (including taxes and duties).  Once we receive your return, we will process your refund for all eligible, inspected and approved items.
